What you will do as Business Consultant IAM at SonicBee

At Sonic Bee, we are looking for a Business Consultant IAM to support organizations in securely managing access and processes. As a consultant, you have in-depth knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and know how to apply this knowledge effectively within our customers’ business operations. You play a crucial role in optimizing IAM processes and improving the security of access systems.

Core responsibilities:

Functional Guidance: You work closely with business owners and other stakeholders to improve and integrate IAM processes into business operations. You know how IAM works and translate this knowledge to the functional needs of the organization.
Process Optimization: You apply IAM role models to streamline business processes and improve efficiency and security. You ensure that processes run properly and securely, with attention to the impact on the user side.
Communication and Training: You can convince technical and non-technical stakeholders of the importance of IAM solutions. You clearly explain how access management benefits the organization and why it is essential
Stakeholder management: You have experience working with different levels within the organization, from business owners to technical teams. You know how to balance complex interests and ensure alignment between business and IT.
Documentation and Reporting: You provide detailed documentation, such as who has access to which systems, and contribute to the management and implementation of IAM processes. Also, establish a vision with the organization, write compelling advisory reports, and supervise programs and projects to realize those recommendations.

Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Thorough knowledge of role models, access management processes and the interaction between business and IT.
Experience advising business owners and line management on IAM issues.
Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate IAM solutions.
Experience in preparing documentation and managing access systems and processes.
Completed college education.
Fluent in Dutch (speaking and writing) as most of our clients are Dutch-speaking
