What you will do as IAM Project Manager at SonicBee

As an IAM Project Manager, you will lead projects in the field of Identity & Access Management independently or in teams. You are responsible for the entire process – from preparation to realization – and actively interact with stakeholders at different levels. You provide structure in complex environments, monitor progress and results, and deliver clear project documentation.

In addition, you support both customer projects and internal projects that contribute to SonicBee’s growth.

Your role as IAM Project Manager:

  • You lead IAM projects in the preparation, initiation and realization phases.t.

  • You draw up a project approach, worked out in a business case, project proposal and implementation plan.

  • You manage progress, scope, budget and quality and report to clients and portfolio boards.

  • You provide current and thorough project documentation and secure results within the organization.

  • You contribute to the development of project structures within SonicBee.

Valued and relevant skills

  • We are looking for an experienced IAM Project Manager who stands firmly in his or her shoes, has communication skills and can guide organizations in their IAM transformation.

  • You have a Prince2 Practitioner, Agile or Scrum certification.

  • You have at least 3 years of project management experience in the field of IAM

  • You have excellent command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing.

  • You have demonstrable experience in drawing up business cases and project proposals as well as guiding the decision-making process.

  • You are familiar with various project management methodologies and apply them effectively.

  • You have experience in analyzing business processes and their impact on information.

  • You keep your professional knowledge up to date and enjoy sharing it with colleagues.

  • You know your way around building and expanding client portfolios and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Fluent in Dutch (speaking and writing) as most of our clients are Dutch-speaking

  • You are managerially sensitive, analytically strong and switch effortlessly between different levels.

  • You communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, and know how to connect and convince stakeholders.
