About our Talent Management Program

The Talent Management focuses on the career progression of our people and our team, ensuring both align with our mentorship principles. Mentors represent their mentees by sharing development goals and feedback, providing clarity and direction for career growth. These meetings are conducted twice a year, where our team members at various levels are evaluated in a structured and collaborative process. The outcomes include personalized development plans, recommendations for next steps, and clear actions aligned with our Talent Framework, ensuring equality and clarity across the team.
