SonicBee starts online academy
Operating in the niche of IAM that we created, the exchange of knowledge and experience is really important. That is why we created an online Academy based on the Hubper platform.
The demand for IAM consultants has been high for years and it remains difficult to find experienced resources. That is why we have trained new colleagues via our own internal trainings on IAM ever since we started SonicBee, providing them the knowledge that we also share with the market through our partner IMF. By adding our online Academy we are now capable of sharing content, insights and new developments faster with all colleagues independent of the country that they are located.
In our online Academy SonicBee-ers share their specific knowledge via learning routes. Each learning route consists of several topics. For each topic there are movies where SonicBee colleagues are explaining theory and their experience. The topics end with a series of questions.

Our Academy helps to get new colleagues up to speed faster and widen and deepen the knowledge of our consultants. By finalizing a learning route and passing the corresponding exam, we can also keep track of the competencies of colleagues. Moreover, employees can continuously develop their skills in new areas. This contributes to the personal growth of employees and SonicBee as an organisation, and not insignificantly, to even higher job satisfaction.
By combining our Academy, trainings and learning on the job in multi-disciplinary teams, we are providing new, enthusiastic, and highly skilled IAM experts that look at the field from a business perspective.
Future developments of the SonicBee Academy
In the near future we will extend our Academy even further with an extensive program dedicated to the development of leadership- and IAM consultancy skills by an experienced partner. In addition, collaboration with customers is established so that the niche knowledge gained can be directly used in practice. We will keep you posted on these developments.
