About our Talent Management Program

The Talent Management focuses on the career progression of our people and our team, ensuring both align with our mentorship principles. Mentors represent their mentees by sharing development goals and feedback, providing clarity and direction for career growth. These meetings are conducted twice a year, where our team members at various levels are evaluated in a structured and collaborative process. We like to keep things simple and straightforward and this is how:

  • First chat: We’ll set up an informal (in-person/phone/video) meet to get to know each other.
  • Show your skills: depending on the role, there might be a task or project to complete.
  • Final meet: meet key team members and leadership.
  • Join the team: If it’s a good fit, we’ll send an offer and then – if all goes well – we can get started!
